We know very well that internet connectivity can be patchy on the cut, but it you can't get 4G, don't worry.
Live telephone support is free. If you can't connect to access your control panel, just call 0333 189 0011 and our support team will be happy to check your mailbox for you, change your account settings, or arrange a forwarding.
We are here from 8am until 4pm, six days a week. . . except Christmas Day and New Year's Day, ( which both fall on a Tuesday this year ).
Because there are no Royal Mail or courier collections at the weekend, our mailrooms are closed, but we will still be available in Support every Saturday from 8am as usual!
Unfortunately, with only support staff on site at the weekend, we are unable to carry out a manual check on the contents of a mailbox, or process a scan on demand. These same restrictions apply to bank holidays and statutory holidays.
Support is closed on Sunday. . . even we need to recharge!

If you are using Poste Restante, please do not call your chosen Post Office to check if mail has been delivered because Data Protection laws mean that they can't give you any information without seeing your ID. emails
